The Saddle Care Program provides structured, professional monitoring of your saddle’s fit as your horse develops through training, conditioning, and the seasons.

How the Program Works

1. Initial Evalution-Priced Accordingly

We begin with a scheduled in-person assessment. 

During this visit, I will:

• Evaluate saddle balance and alignment

• Assess panel contact and wither clearance

• Observe your horse’s topline and muscle symmetry

• Document baseline photographs for reference

You will receive clear, straightforward feedback and recommendations.

2. Establishing Your Baseline

We create a visual and written record of your horse’s current condition and saddle fit.

This becomes our reference point moving forward and allows us to track subtle changes over time with accuracy.

3. Ongoing Photo Review

Each month, you will submit structured photographs following simple guidelines provided to you.

Each submission is personally reviewed, and you will receive:

• A clear response of

• Adjust

Professional recommendations if adjustments are indicated

Guidance on timing for your next check-in                                             

This process keeps monitoring consistent and proactive.

4. Adjustments as Needed

If refinements are recommended, we schedule an in-person visit.

Because the program emphasizes steady oversight, most adjustments are minor and preventative in nature.

As a Saddle Care client, you have ongoing access for questions related to:

• Training changes

• Conditioning shifts

• Competition preparation

• Saddle considerations

You will have access to a shared folder I create that you can upload information to at any time. This is a great way to track your horse's health and progress!

The goal is steady support — not reactive intervention.
