Fees and services

Per person. Varies based on location and number of horses seen in one day. 

Be prepared to ride. Have your trainer attend if you would like his/her input. Your horse must be sound and groomed to ride. Your horse will be measured and you will ride in several demo saddles. Please allow 2 hours for this initial appointment. History and evaluation will start in the cross-ties prior to riding. 

Existing saddles will be evaluated for fit and recommendations regarding improvements that can be made based on tracings and physical assessment. Per horse.

New wool is added/removed from panels to balance fit. This should be performed approximately every 6 months, more often on a new saddle. Fit is assessed with rider up, so please be dressed to ride. 

On any adjustable tree to tracings. Turnaround is 1 week and includes return delivery. 

On any adjustable DP Flexfit, Quantum or Baroque tree. Includes flock adjustment done on-site. 

Existing material is removed and all new wool is installed. This should be done every 5 years for optimal performance. This is a take-home job. Additional fees may apply for removal of synthetic or moldy materials. Your saddle will be returned clean and moisturized in one week's time. Saddle is fit to tracings and includes return shipping. 

If you require a long-distance fitting, the tree will be fit to template based on your tracings, photos and videos. The flock will be refreshed and balanced. This will include any time spent communicating to shop for a new saddle or to fit an existing saddle.
